The arrival of a newborn or infant is often described as one of life’s most joyful experiences. While it can be filled with love, connection, and excitement, it can also bring exhaustion, anxiety, self-doubt, loneliness, and overwhelming change.
If you’re feeling stressed, worried, emotionally drained, or struggling to adjust to your new role as a parent, you’re not alone. The transition to parenthood is significant, and many parents find themselves needing support as they navigate the challenges that come with caring for a newborn.
Springwell Counseling provides a supportive space to talk openly about your experience, process the emotions that come with this life transition, and develop practical strategies for coping with the demands of early parenthood.

It can be hard to prioritize your own wellness while also adjusting to a new baby in the home, but caring for yourself is just as essential as caring for your child.
This therapist-led workshop series is designed for new moms who want to learn about and support their mental health during the postpartum period and will be held in a supportive and nonjudgmental closed group setting.
